Community Rules
The Cobbly Nob Gatlinburg community rules should be adhered to by both owners and guests. This will ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all citizens.
- No hunting anywhere throughout the community
- No fireworks are permitted
- No outdoor fires permitted between October 15th and May 15th.
- No speeding – follow the posted speed limit signs
- No parking on streets. Each residence is required to have off-street parking.
- No RVs or buses allowed on the community roads.
- No loud music or parties anywhere throughout the neighborhoods.
- Keep outside noise as minimal as possible.
- No alcohol is allowed on Cobbly Nob common areas and property. Alcohol use and restrictions on the property of each owner is based on their rules.
- Do not litter and clean up after yourself.
- Keep outdoor trash in bear proof containers. Bears are always looking for an easy meal and if they find one, they will continue to come back and present a hazard to the owners and guests.
- Keep pets on a leash or contained at all times per TN leash laws.

Gatlinburg Landing is an affordable, family-friendly vacation rental in the Cobbly Nob community. Perched just above the Bent Creek Golf course, the rental has a 31-foot deck that overlooks Mt. LeConte with fantastic views. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, wood burning fireplace, complimentary use of the washer and dryer, and a very large 1,332 square feet. Gatlinburg Landing can accommodate up to six guests.
