Community Rules

The Cobbly Nob Gatlinburg community rules should be adhered to by both owners and guests. This will ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all citizens.

• No hunting anywhere throughout the community
• No fireworks are permitted
• No outdoor fires permitted between October 15th and May 15th.
• No speeding – follow the posted speed limit signs
• No parking on streets. Each residence is required to have off-street parking.
• No RVs or buses allowed on the community roads.
• No loud music or parties anywhere throughout the neighborhoods.
• Keep outside noise as minimal as possible.
• No alcohol is allowed on Cobbly Nob common areas and property. Alcohol use and restrictions on the property of each owner is based on their rules.
• Do not litter and clean up after yourself.
• Keep outdoor trash in bear proof containers. Bears are always looking for an easy meal and if they find one, they will continue to come back and present a hazard to the owners and guests.
• Keep pets on a leash or contained at all times per TN leash laws.
