The security office is located at the entrance off US-321. Address is 105 Butler Branch Road and the phone number is 865-430-3275.

The community has three pools throughout in addition to a playing court for basketball, pickleball, and tennis.

Golf Creek Pool

Located at 3649 Birdie Lane and the pool is open from 9 am to dusk. The pool operates between Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.

Located at 3649 Birdie Lane and the court is open from 9 am to dusk. The court is open year round. Pickleball and basketball equipment available for rent at the security office for a $25 refundable deposit.

Gatlinburg Landing is an affordable, family-friendly vacation rental in the Cobbly Nob community. Perched just above the Bent Creek Golf course, the rental has a 31-foot deck that overlooks Mt. LeConte with fantastic views. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, wood burning fireplace, complimentary use of the washer and dryer, and a very large 1,332 square feet. Gatlinburg Landing can accommodate up to six guests.
